At Grandfather's House you can experience the atmosphere of a granny cottage in the courtyard of a farmhouse. The house has its own entrance and a terrace area and a barbecue at the end of the house with a peaceful field and lake view. The house has two bedrooms with separate beds for four. The kitchen is well-equipped, with dishes for preparing and eating, an ice cube tray, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. There is a shower, toilet and a small electric sauna as well as a washing machine. Grandfather's House has free wifi. Renters also have their own small beach 300 m from the cottage. The beach has a pier, a boat and a canopy with seating and a picnic table. Renters of Grandfather's House can rent the farm's beach sauna for a separate price and one sauna session is included in weekly rentals for free. Vaarinpirtti is also an excellent accommodation option for a city break in Tampere. The bus stop is 300 m away and you can enjoy the peace of the countryside in the evening. The cottage is also suitable for those traveling with a dog, as we have good jogging trails right outside the yard. Parking is available in the yard of the farm, right near Grandfather's House.
