The cabin has two bedrooms and a loft, with sleeping accommodations for 7 people. The living room-kitchen has a lake view from the entire width of the gable of the house and the same view can be admired from the terrace, where there is also a gas grill. The living room-kitchen is warm and cozy with a fireplace, while underfloor heating provides basic heat. The kitchen has ample storage for preparing food and dining. The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher. The cabin has two beaches, and stairs lead directly from the cabin to the rocky shore, where you can swim from the pier. For smaller children, there is a gentle natural sandy beach on the other side of the bay. The cabin renters have access to a rowing boat and life jackets are available at the cabin. The cottage has an electric sauna, from which you can also admire the view of Näsijärvi. There is a shower and toilet in connection with the sauna, and there is also another separate toilet. Renters have access to a washing machine and dryer in the utility room. The cottage is pleasantly cool even in summer, because it has an air-source heat pump. Toijansalmi is suitable for winter living, so vacations or remote work are possible all year round. There is parking space for several cars in the yard of the cottage. Dogs are allowed and the cottage has good outdoor areas on a quiet forest road and in the forest.
